Hospice Volunteers

Hospice and Palliative Care Training Sessions


All Hospice and Palliative Care volunteers complete a comprehensive training program.  Training sessions are offered throughout the year. 


2010 Training Schedule 

Each training consists of two full days, and one half-day.

Jan. 15 and 16, 8am-5pm; Jan. 23, 8am-1pm

Feb 12, and 13, 8am-5pm; Feb. 20, 8am-1pm

April 16 and 17, 8am-5pm; Apr. 24, 8am-1pm

May 14 and 15, 8am-5pm; May 22, 8am-1pm

July 16 and 17, 8am-5pm; July 24, 8am-1pm

Sept.17 and 18, 8am-5pm; Sept. 25, 8am-1pm

Oct. 15 and 16, 8am-5pm; Oct. 23, 8am-1pm

Sessions are held at the Gene & Irene Wockner Hospice Center (12822 124th Lane NE, Kirkland, WA 98034).
